This causes two problems:
# While the AM is running, the stderr, stdout, and syslog links have to be clicked twice to display the page containing the log data.
# When the AM is no longer running and log aggregation is enabled, the link no longer properly redirects to the history server. Instead it results in the error message: "Cannot get container logs without an app owner".
