[jira] [Created] (SYNCOPE-1255) Dynamic group/role create/update
can result in timeout error in case of a great number of members
fabio martelli created SYNCOPE-1255:
---------------------------------------
Summary: Dynamic group/role create/update can result in timeout error in case of a great number of members
Key: SYNCOPE-1255
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SYNCOPE-1255
Project: Syncope
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: console
Affects Versions: 2.0.6
Reporter: fabio martelli
Assignee: fabio martelli
Fix For: 2.0.7, 2.1.0
The idea is to try to give a message for operation succeeded just in case the operation is concluded successfully in a limited range of time.
In case the operation takes longer, the console has to stop to wait for a response by leaving the core to complete the operation in background. The message to be given to the user performing the operation has to be suitable to communicate that the operation will be completed in background because it took longer.
*Please note: no error will be triggered*
