Use Qlik and Kylin

Hello,

I did a small manual, about How to intergate Qlik <http://www.qlik.com/us/>with
Apache Kylin

*Can works Kylin + Qlik ?* Yes, ... but in true, is 50% useful, are treated
like external and fool tables ....
I will try to contact with somebody of support, ... but I saw other people
with same problems loading data from non-supported drivers ...
I think, The solution need to come by Qlik Soft with official driver


Hue upgraded docs with supoort and example connection with Kylin   :)

on the other hand:
- I'm testing Sisense soft <https://www.sisense.com/>, but with out good
results, If I can solve it , I tell you
- I tested, Kylin - Caravel <https://github.com/rocky1001/caravel>, but the
actual master have some bugs (I told with the owner), and previous brach
also didn't work
