   ### Description
   
   1、choose a process  and   click start in Process definition page
   2、eidt params eg:Notification strategy , Process priority
   3、click start
   4、choose the same process,and click start again
   [expect]
   I can use the last configuration，or Let the user choose whether to save the run configuration
   [actually]
   I need edit every time

   1、I do not need to edit the same  parameters before starting while I set the same params the last time
