I ran the tests 4-5 times on Windows x86 and Linux x86_64

No fails:
api.kernel.hooks.AddRmPropertiesHooksTest
vm.classloading.ClassUnloadingTest

New failures:
HARMONY-5806  [classlib][reliability] GPF or hang in getAvailableLocals_RBC test 
HARMONY-5805  [drlvm][reliability] GPE in StackFramesRestoreTest  
HARMONY-5804  [drlvm][reliability] intermittent ClassAttributesTest hang 

Other tests will be investigated later:
vm.classloading.ClassReflectionTest - hang on Linux 
vm.classloading.MultiThreadedLoading - memory leak probably

I will open remaining JIRAs later.
