Synopsis: Can't run Visual Basic program as CGI script

State-Changed-From-To: analyzed-feedback

State-Changed-When: Tue Dec 12 20:42:14 PST 2000
State-Changed-Why:

Over the next week, a new version 1.3.15 will roll out the
door. This version opens the NUL device for output from
the client, so the application executed by cgi should have
all the usual handles. Please test with the new release.
Note, also, that the Apache process now executes the cgi
in it's (hidden) console, so there should be no nasty
interactions due to the missing console.
