2011-07-01 PPMC Status: Bringing Initial Committers On-Board

As of end of day 2011-07-01, this is the state of the PPMC membership and the actions needed/underway to bring the initial committers on-bard the Apache OpenOffice.org incubator podling.  The tallies have been refactored a bit so there is no complete week-over-week comparison.  But you should have some sense of where we are making headway:
