Upgrading hadoop and hbase

Hello all,

      Is it fine to upgrade Hadoop and Hbase that come with
"Whirr-0.6.0-incubating" by default??Or, are there any complications??

As long as there are no major configuration format changes it should work.
We are trying to keep Whirr as version agnostic as possible.
