If anyone knows how to provide NTLM or HTTP credentials when Fetching certain pages, I would be eternally grateful.

Googling has provided more than a few hits of others with this problem, and a few who claim to have at least a partial solution - but no solid leads on how to just get it done.  Thanks in advance.
