All mail being treated as spam

Hello

I have set up a user but all mail accepted by the SMTP daemon is being
treated as spam, can anyone tell me how to stop this ?

Out of the box anything not from your local machine is treated as spam.
That's the first thing I'd check. If that's the case, check the conf file
and change what networks are allowed to send using your machine.
