The word from maintainers of [vscode-cordova](https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode-cordova) and [cordova-simulate](https://github.com/Microsoft/cordova-simulate). We have recieved [bug report](https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode-cordova/issues/460) from our customers related on the issue that this PR fixes.
