currently the document is only documenting the past. It was written by Robert, who is the one who can export it to pdf to this ticket. 
 thus far, I give view access to anyone who request access. 💪🏼

the website ticket is here as a tracing of what we aim to achieve before 2020 is completed. We aim at working with the Maven community in Q42020 to bring Maven a website that is fully OSS. ☀️🧵🔓
