   Laszlo, I have a question about `JavaActionProvider`. Why does it not run/debug single file?
   ```
      case COMMAND_DEBUG_SINGLE:
      case COMMAND_RUN_SINGLE:
          if (RunUtils.isAugmentedBuildEnabled(project)) {
   ```
   unless the project is augmented? Btw. what does it mean "augmented"?
