I have the same problem:

Replicating every db from CouchDB 0.10.0 to CouchDB 0.11.0 does not run.

The error is: "Replication failed: undefined"

You can test it installing CouchDB 0.11.0 from Debian Stable (enabling Testing)
libjd-jquery - 1.4.2-1
