[Axis2] org.apache.axis2

hi,

i think i raised this point in past but i do not remember what was the 
resolution: if users have AXIS1 and AXIS2 on CLASSPATH they may suffer 
and deal with interesting conflicts because both use the 
org.apache.axis.* package space.

why not use org.apache.axis2?

actually i did not think about switching - more  like a permanent 
package name so AXIS1 and AXIS2 can coexist for time being ...

however with careful naming inside org.apache.axis* to avoid conflicts 
it may be possible to run run both versions?
