[CANCEL][VOTE] Release Apache ShenYu Nginx 1.0.0-1

Hi,

I'm cancelling this vote because of the addition of Consul support and merging it into the current 1.0.0-1 release. I'll fix them and start the round 2 vote process.
The details of the modifications are as follows.

1. Support for listening to Apache ShenYu node changes using Consul
