@Olivier: There's still no source code. Can you upload the source jars please?
@Lukas: You are correct apparently. I believe the "official" repo you have there is a facade, and it proxies the one that Olivier mentioned. The one that I originally asked about also exists, and is used for *uploading* (not downloading) and syncing to the official public site.
