requiring JDK 5.0 Beta 3 Build 59

Hi all,

This weekend, I'm going to submit a change which will require that you 
build against JDK 5.0 Beta 3 Build 59 (or greater).  You can get it at at 
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/snapshots/index.jsp .  If for some reason 
this will break you, please make some noise as soon as possible.
