The rise of spam has forced a policy change in the SMTP transport network.
E-mail originating from a dynamic IP address is generally assumed to be
spam.  You have to send your e-mail through a mail server with a static IP
address, such as your ISP's mail server, to avoid that.

E-mail sent from a dynamic IP to a James (or other) server that has DNSRBL
support turned on will likely be considered spam.  This means that if your
James server is running on a dynamic IP address, mail that it sends will be
treated as spam.  You could configure the RemoteDelivery mailet to use your
ISP's mail server as a gateway.
