### What happened
When clicking run on a failed task node, it calls execute-task. The master reports an error while processing EXECUTE_TASK: Cannot find ICommandHandler for commandType.

### What you expected to happen
Under normal circumstances, when an operation triggers the EXECUTE_TASK command, the system should be able to find the corresponding command handler (ICommandHandler) and execute the task successfully.
