ASP.NET Database Search and Display

Hi,

 

I am new to Lucene.net and my question may sound a bit basic but I have
not been able to find information on how to use Lucene 2.9 (I just want
to use this version) for database search and result display on ASP.NET.
>From what I can see, there's a marked difference between the earlier
versions and the current version.

 

Can you point me to any helpful resources.
