Ajax status update

I've made some progress on Ajax support this week and have most moving parts working. As a testbed
I've converted ClickClick JQuery to trunk and the examples ported quite quickly. With Ajax support
in core there is no reason to keep JQuery support under the ClickClick umbrella so I'd like to move
it into its own project[1].

Hopefully I'll get some time to commit in the next couple of days.

regards,

Bob

Thanks Adrian, I'll add you as a committer once maintenance is done.

Once those mentioned changes are in the ClickClick trunk, I could help
you with the move
to http://code.google.com/p/click-jquery/ and the setup of the project.

Adrian.
