> Currently DependencyResolver searches for the ivysettings.xml file in the HIVE_HOME, HIVE_CONF_DIR directories and the classpath. We should package a default ivysettings file in the hive-exec jar so that we fall back to it if no ivysettings file is found in any of the above locations.
