    Fixed up the android SDK to not include binaries in the source, easier t...

    ...o create a release w/o binaries that way.  Added an assembly goal for the SDK to create its dependencies.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/johnament/incubator-usergrid android-dist-cleanup

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
