4.1 release schedule

Now that we don't have to vote on releases - unless we're voting for a
stability flag - I think I'm going to do it on wednesday.

Is there any chance of getting the workbench updated on t-deli.com ? If not
I can host it on my own server. I also have the "start" of an example
application that I'd still like to host even if not anywhere near complete
yet.
