You can already use the -l flag on the command-line to add a listener with
whatever filename you want. [The rest of listener settings are picked up from
the jmeter.properties]

The latest code in the 2.1 branch provides a new way to do this.

Use a JTL file with the following name:

testResults${START.MS}.jtl

and it will add the start time in milliseconds.

the variables START.YMD and START.HMS are also defined.
