BUG?


Okay,  in srm.conf add index.htm as the last choice in DirectoryIndex.

Now any file called index.htm will spit out it's contents, rather than 
be displayed as html. 

I haven't tried it, but any filename will do, I don't think it's got anything
to do with index.htm.
