[PR] I have solved the issue of bug-2229 [kvrocks-website]

AryanSingh1112 opened a new pull request, #247:

   This pull request addresses bug-2229 by adding a new web page for documentation. The following files have been added:
   - `index.html`: Main HTML structure for the documentation.
   - `script.js`: JavaScript for interactive features.
   - `style.css`: CSS for styling the documentation page.
   
   Please review the changes and let me know if any further modifications are needed.

   Please check README to learn how to start the development. 
   This website is based on Docusaurus and you need nodejs and yarn to setup the dev environment.
