AXIS2.1 5 sample wsdls..

Morning All-

running thru some of the sample wsdls from the axis2-1.5 distro
alot of them have namespace links that are no longer live for example
monson-hafael doesnt support BookQuote.wsdl anymore which is a shame because that was a great xmlbeans
example and one which everyone used

can someone run thru to verify:
1)the namespaces are  all valid
2)categorise the wsdls according to 
WSDL 1.0
WSDL 1.1
WSDL 2.0
databinding of adb vs databinding xmlbeans
(Nota Bene: saw some RPC wsdls in the axis2-1.5)
