Using multiple RPCRouters and their corresponding .ds files

I am attempting to run multiple SOAP instances and I have run into a 
problem. I would like to deploy specific services to a specific 
RPCRouter but the ServiceManagerClient does not accommodate multiple 
DeployedServices.ds files. Does anyone have experience deploying to 
specific RPCRouters? I am running Weblogic.
