Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Tika 1.23 Candidate #1

All,
  I realize we're coming off a holiday in the U.S. at least. Seventy-two
hours have elapsed, and we only have two +1 from committers/PMC.  I've
recently committed fixes for TIKA-2630 and TIKA-3002.  I'd be happy to
respin an RC2 with those fixes if fellow devs would prefer.

Here’s my -1 after a critical bug report was opened during the voting
period for rc1.

Will respin rc2 shortly.
