AMBARI-8269: Review Request for pushing Windows support for Ambari to trunk

Hi all,

We would like to push Windows support for Ambari changes to trunk. I have
attached the latest patch AMBARI-8269.1.patch to the JIRA as Review Board
doesn't support this large a patch. Can you please review the patch on the
JIRA?
