[DISCUSS] Obsolete branches

Now that we have 2 new releases, we also have a few obsolete branches, that
can be deleted. Here's the small list:

TINKERPOP-1179 -- [TINKERPOP-1179] AppVeyor Windows build is not stable

If there are no objections, then I'm going to delete these branches on
Thursday.
