Uploader/Downloader question

Heron team,

When submitting multiple analytics using the `heron-apiserver`
Uploader/Downloader functionality, how are old analytic artifacts purged?
For example when submitting multiple versions of an analytic over the
course of some period of time, when do the older version artifacts get
removed from the store?

When killing an analytic with `heron kill`, does the uploaded binary get
removed?
