how to check conntcion state is ok
activeMQConnection.isStarted();If retrun of this function is true, is the
connection ok? activeMQConnection.isStatsEnabled();when will this function
return true?

What's meant by "OK"? What failure conditions are you concerned about?
I can't answer the question about what isStatsEnabled() means; maybe
someone else here will answer it, or you could trace the code to see what
causes it to be set to true or false.
