maven2 question from an end user

   Hello,

We received the following question in our help queue today:

From: roopa.nitk@gmail.com

Hi,

I am trying to download the selenium-server-1.0.1.jar from maven2
repository
(/pub/mirrors/maven2/org/seleniumhq/selenium/server/selenium-server/1.0.1)

It was a 5.6MB file earlier. Now it is just 3.5KB and does not contain any
class files within it.

Can I know if this jar was updated/deleted from the repository.

Thanks & Regards,
Roopa

   What should I tell Roopa?

   thank you, 919.962.5646 w

Here's what I got from the Selenium team:
The user is simply confused:

http://nexus.openqa.org/content/repositories/releases/org/seleniumhq/selenium/server/selenium-server/1.0.1/

What he wants is the "standalone" jar which contains all the
dependencies rolled up in it:

http://nexus.openqa.org/content/repositories/releases/org/seleniumhq/selenium/server/selenium-server/1.0.1/selenium-server-1.0.1-standalone.jar

Tell him to email repo-maintainers@maven.apache.org. The ibiblio copy
seems to match what is in the central repository so this isn't an
ibiblio issue.
