When receiving mail for secretary with attachments, text files with names icla.txt are received correctly:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; name="icla.txt"
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="icla.txt"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

But text files in the same message are ignored:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; name="icla.txt.asc"
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="icla.txt.asc"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

Correct behavior is to receive both files into a new directory.
