Review request for Ambari and Dmitro Lisnichenko.

Bugs: AMBARI-7854
    https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-7854

Repository: ambari

Description
-------

We are noticing that that we restart the components, sometimes Ambari gets the latest build and updates the links in /usr/hdf/current to the new release build. Since all the components are not generally updated, some links are broken and the HDP environment is not usable.

Diffs
-----

  ambari-server/src/main/resources/stacks/HDP/2.0.6/hooks/after-INSTALL/scripts/shared_initialization.py c8019d1

Diff: https://reviews.apache.org/r/26921/diff/

Testing
-------

OK
StackAdvisor implementation for stack XYZ, version 1.0.1 was loaded
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Returning XYZ101StackAdvisor implementation
Total run:665
Total errors:0
Total failures:0
OK

Thanks,

Dmytro Sen
