This ticket is about both of them, I see the issue easily reproduced in production and in tests.
It's far easier to reproduce the issue in tests, so I published the stack trace from there.
I've applied https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/attachment/12689356/8399_v2.txt, tests are still failing (right from the start, I do not need to wait).
What else can I do? It would be nice to get it fixed in 2.1 (not 3.0)
