The aim of this JIRA is to implement:

- REEF IMRU client so that the common code like driver configuration, Group comm. driver configuration etc is wrapped under it and user has to specify only IMRUJobDefiniton and some other parameters like cores and memory per map and update function, machine ports.

- Auxillary static functions that gives user LocalRunTime or Yarn runtime configuration

- A new MapperCount example project that uses IMRU client and auxillary clusters to run job on cluster.
