When we use S3 as blobstore for OAK and we have a proxy in our environment we can see timeout errors in AWS-EXT due to the lack of proxy configurations.
org.apache.jackrabbit.aws.ext.Utils doesn't populate com.amazonaws.ClientConfiguration with proxy configs.
