unsubscribe not working correctly ...

i've seen a few people trying to unsubscribe with no luck. i'm running into 
the same problem.
any help would be much appreciated in unsubscribing us.

i'd say we've done the unsubscribe procedures as requested and explained on 
the tomcat site.
