[jira] [Commented] (VALIDATOR-305) Some TLDs are missing from DomainValidator

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VALIDATOR-305?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14053245#comment-14053245 ]

Matt Bates commented on VALIDATOR-305:
--------------------------------------

We have encountered this issue as well. We have client using the kiwi domain for their email addresses, and would like to have this fixed within a couple of weeks (if not earlier).

I would favour an additional option being added to the API make the domain validity check optional. It appears this list is going to be a fast moving target and to me isn't worth trying to keep up with, although I could see that others might prefer to err on the side of caution.
