Seems a reasonable wish, though I should note that support for any SCM system
other than CVS and SVN is very patchy. All SCM systems need to be maintained by
developers with copies of the relevant system, and as VSS is neither free nor
any good (personal opinion, based on painful experience), few/none of the active
ant developers work with it.
You will probably need to write it yourself. SCM tasks are also a dog to write
tests for, but they are needed too.
