Agenda for July shows River but it's not due to report until August

Anyone know why and what needs to be done?

River reported (late) in June but it might be that it was marked as missing.

There is an active action item for rvs to do a roll call. 

Any ideas?

I'm on vacation, so I won't be able to help much until Monday at the earliest.

I can answer half of the question.  River was added to the agenda
because it is listed as reporting "next month" in the following file:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers/board/committee-info.txt

The question that remains: why wasn't it removed from that list?
Normally, that occurs as a part of the post-meeting actions by the
secretary.
