Symptoms:

If I run a server with
ProxyRequests On

on (say) port 8080

and then point my browser to use proxies for
HTTP on (the server,) port 8080

it seems to be able to get the basic page,
but sites that use images with relative
links like:
<img src"/blah/imagine.gif">

don't load.
