已刷盘的tsfile大小为0，且文件的最后更新时间大于其resource文件

测试流程
1. 192.168.10.62/66/68  72C/256G

2. benchmark 连ip-62 
配置文件见附件，先后启动2个bm
2022-06-06 15:00:21,789 ：启动第1个
13分钟后，启动第2个bm
2022-06-06 15:13:36,003

3. ip-62 datanode的all日志见附件
