He certainly will, soon as build.build.xml becomes build.xml. If there's
no objections (there were two +1's) I'll do it all tomorrow.

Then.. what needs to happen before a 0.2 release?

Would it be a good idea to roll back the input modules patch for 0.2?
Some reasons:
 - It's not yet configurable from the forrestbot, which I gather is
   breaking the outerthought sites?
 - There's an annoying Cocoon bug[1] that virtually prevents use of a
   'live' Forrest webapp. Any edit to the sitemap kills Cocoon.

Input modules are undoubtedly the way to go in the future though. I
especially like them because they're vital to 'in-place' Forrest
operation (where you don't copy docs into build/*).
