Apache DS Javadoc status

Hi,

here is the current status on ApacheDS javadoc cleanup.

Most of the modules are now cleaned. Here is the list of those that
require some work:

ApacheDS Core Annotations:               14 errors,  46 warnings
ApacheDS Core JNDI:                       3 errors,  47 warnings
ApacheDS Protocol Kerberos Codec:         0 error,  224 warnings
ApacheDS Protocol Dhcp:                   0 error,   82 warnings
ApacheDS Protocol Dns:                    0 error,   61 warnings
ApacheDS Protocol Ldap:                  16 errors,  56 warnings
ApacheDS Protocol Ntp:                    0 error,   15 warnings
Apacheds Server Annotations:              1 error,   81 warnings
Apacheds Server Config:                  13 errors,  43 warnings
ApacheDS Generalized (X) DBM Partition: 111 errors, 126 warnings

The total is 158 errors and 781 warnings (it was 833 and 1197 on friday...)

The ApacheDS Installers Maven Plugin module has 4 errors, but thsi is
because we use some special annotations that are seen as error. I will
disable Javadoc lint on this module.

Hi !

I'm done with fixing the Javadoc errors, and most of the warnings,
except for the four following modules:

ApacheDS Protocol Kerberos Codec: 190 warnings
ApacheDS Protocol Dhcp:            82 warnings
ApacheDS Protocol Dns:             61 warnings
ApacheDS Protocl Ntp:              25 warnings

None of them are critical, it may be fixed later.

I will start the release asap.
