Install.html

Hi
A small but tiresome problem: install.html (and presuambly the other .html
files
in cocoon/docs) are formatted for a very wide screen. If you like to work
from hardcopy, they won't print out using MSIE v 5 or Netscape showing more
than half  the line width. And they're too complex for WW6.

Small own-goal for a web publishing package.
